About GDPR - After the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) came into came into effect on May 25, 2018, the non-EU services providers and companies across the globe are exposed to a possibility of facing the heavy fines (up to 20 million Euros or 4% of worldwide turnover, whichever is higher) and also a possibility of thrown out of the EU market, for a non-compliance. Many corporates across the globe, regardless of their size, or composition have therefore started to work on substantially meeting the requirements of the GDPR.
